We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the purchase service will increase significantly from the second half of 2022, and the sales portfolio has changed dramatically since the company was founded.
You will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies. As a full-time planner, you will be able to operate advertising budgets of several hundred million yen per month while promoting measures with discretion. You will be able to be involved in strategic advertising operations while utilizing a large budget and directly feeling the results.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- 1) Planning and promotion of advertising strategies
・Development of advertising strategies based on business goals
・Performance analysis of each medium and selection of appropriate channels
・Design of budget allocation for each source of inflow and strategies to maximize ROI
・Building relationships and negotiations with advertising agencies and media
② Data analysis and advertising optimization
・Data analysis using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery
・Develop marketing initiatives based on user behavior analysis
・Design and monitor KPIs, quantitative and qualitative analysis of advertising effectiveness
③ Develop and direct advertising creative strategy
・Develop creative verification and improvement strategy
・Plan and execute LPO (Landing Page Optimization)
・Develop creative strategy considering overall marketing branding
4) Collaboration with internal and external parties
・Collaborate with advertising agencies to plan and formulate new measures

- Requirements
- - At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising (listings, SNS, affiliate) (whether at an ad agency or business firm)
- Ability to develop and execute strategies related to web marketing

- - Management experience
- Experience using Google Tag Manager to design, manage, and operate tags
- Experience with LPO
- Imagination about search user behavior
- Experience using Google Analytics access analysis tools for business
- Experience using Google's Help Center and Experience reading developer sites in English
- Experience creating and directing websites and landing pages
