Based on the global human resources strategy policy, you will work with related parties to promote human resources policies that are in line with the business environment in the Japan region.
You will be engaged in HR-related tasks for the Japan region, including group companies in Japan.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and implementation of HR-related systems for the shift to job-based human resources management, including the development of job descriptions, the creation of mechanisms for career autonomy, and employee communication measures
    ・Planning and planning of talent management measures in line with global policies
    ・Planning and planning of HR-related rules and regulations for initial public offerings ・Planning and implementation of headcount management in the Japan region and measures to utilize human resources, including those of group companies in Japan ・Planning and promotion of company-wide award systems in the Japan region ・Planning and execution of HR-related projects
    Planning and execution of headcount management in the Japan region and human resource utilization measures, including those for group companies in Japan
    ・Planning and promotion of company-wide awards in the Japan region
    ・Participation in various HR-related projects (Purpose Penetration PJT, etc.)
    ・Various audit responses, budget management in the division
  • Requirements
    Experience in planning and managing HR operations (3+ years)
    - Basic business and legal knowledge of HR operations
    - Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Preferred
    Experience in a manufacturer
    ・Experience in communication with labor unions and labor-management negotiations
    ・Business level English proficiency (at a level that does not interfere with meetings in English)

Based on the global human resources strategy policy, you will be responsible for promoting human resources policies in line with the business environment in the Japan region in cooperation with related parties.
Depending on your experience, you may also be asked to work on compensation and grading systems, evaluation systems, and benefit programs.
