This is a manager position that leads the planning, introduction, and operation of global mobility (overseas personnel systems) in the Japan region. Based on our global policy, we will promote the establishment of an overseas assignment system and compensation and welfare system suitable for Japan's business environment.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning, drafting, and introduction
    of personnel systems (compensation, benefits, and benefits) for overseas assigneesLeading global mobility-related projects (system and process construction)Coordinating
    and negotiating with labor unions (system introduction and operation)Promoting

    the introduction of global tax vendors and mobility platformsParticipating in the design of compensation, ratings, and evaluation systems as necessary
  • Requirements
    Experience
    in planning or operating overseas personnel systemsBasic knowledge in the HR field (labor affairs, systems, etc.),
    English proficiency (TOEIC750 or higher/meeting level),
    human resources or global project experience

    Overseas bases/work experience
    with overseas teams, overseas residence and cross-cultural experienceExperience
    in personnel system planning as a head office function
