You will be responsible for the design and operation of the company-wide evaluation and compensation system. You will be responsible for leading the growth of the organization by maximizing performance and engagement, and by supporting the growth of employees from a systemic perspective.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and execution of HR strategy
    ・Planning and operation of company-wide evaluation, compensation, benefit and other systems
    ・Analysis of various data, identification and identification of organizational issues and potential risks, and planning of improvement measures
    ・Compliance with labor-related laws and regulations, streamlining and optimization of labor operations such as attendance management and payroll calculation
    ・Building optimal global organizational structures
    ・M& Labor DD and PMI in M&A
  • Requirements
    Experience in the area of human resources in a start-up company.
  • Preferred
    Experience in planning and operating evaluation and compensation systems in a start-up company, and in the area of organizational and human resource development
    ・Organizational management experience
