Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Portfolio design
    of personnel planning
    and compensation system, improvement of operation of the current personnel system, consideration of new compensation system scheme ~ planning and promotion
    until introduction, planning proposal to management, promotion
    of company-wide agenda, introduction, operation, and improvement
    of project management
    and talent management systems involving multiple stakeholders
    ■HRBP
    , organizational organization/personnel transfer/personnel plan formulation
    , top~middle management enhancement plan formulation and implementation of measures, planning and execution
    of various surveys (organizational survey, employee pulse survey, 360-degree FB, etc.),
    MVV penetration, and consideration of the mechanism for fostering a culture
  • Requirements
    ・Experience
    in proposing plans to the executive officer class and leading company-wide agendas ・Experience in strategic planning and planning work in the human resource development area (recruitment, human resource development, organizational development, etc.) (approximate: 3 years or more) and experience in leading
    personnel planning work such as compensation systems ・Experience in consulting firms (strategy consulting, IT consulting, etc.), Experience involved in the upstream examination of the human resources planning area from implementation to execution
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in human resources planning and HRBP at an operating company ・Experience in cross-sectional project and product management
