To make HR strategies feasible, you will work as an operations architect to develop new operating models and jointly promote HR process reform.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Designing new operating models and executing
transformations involving negotiation and collaboration with related departments ・Oversight of the entire HR process (recruitment, placement, evaluation, training, etc.), organizing and visualizing
current issues and inefficiencies ・Structuring issues through interviews with HRBPs, CoE, and business units to design the ideal business processes (To-Be)
for HR operations ・Collaborate with relevant departments (HRBP, COE, shared services, IT department, etc.) to lead
the review and redesign of business processes, build consensus, coordinate them, and lead the execution and implementation of the designed business processes

- Requirements
- ・Experience in business process reform (BPR) and operational improvement
in the HR domain ・Understanding the structure
of overall HR operations (annual operations) ・Experience
driving projects involving multiple stakeholders ・Experience in consistently handling everything from issue setting to execution and retention

redesigning operations among shared services, COE, and HRBP ・Experience in BPR, PMO,
consulting in HR fields ・Experience using data utilization and tool implementation as 'means' (not required for primary purposes)
