Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Act as the primary technical contact for customers and translate requirements for global design teams.
    Review and validate schematic designs, PCB layouts, and component selections.
    Support electrical, thermal, vibration, and EMC/EMI validation activities.
    Provide technical input for proposals, quotations, and feasibility studies.
    Monitor project progress and ensure technical targets for quality, cost, and timing are met.
    Coordinate with quality, production, and laboratory teams for aligned project execution.
    Conduct FMEA and risk assessments in accordance with standards.
    Identify and solve design and engineering challenges, proposing alternative solutions when needed.
    Mentor local engineers and support continuous improvement of collaboration with global teams.
    Represent the Japan office in technical discussions with regional and global leadership.
  • Requirements
    Expertise in hardware design, schematic development, and PCB design for automotive electronics.
    Strong knowledge of power electronics, analog/ digital circuits, and embedded hardware systems. digital circuits, and embedded hardware systems.
    Proficiency with simulation tools for signal integrity, EMC/EMI, and thermal analysis.
