Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Achieve sales targets for the product portfolio within the region.
    Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.
    Implement regional customer strategy in alignment with global Key Account Managers.
    Assess customer satisfaction and develop action plans when needed.
    Prepare and provide commercial offers and technical information.
    Organize customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
    Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
    Collect and share customer data and competitor insights.
    Identify new project or product opportunities and report to management.
    Build close collaboration with internal teams and European headquarters.
    Advise on customer requirements for future product development.
    Ensure the company is perceived as a professional, reliable supplier.
  • Requirements
    Experience in sales or business development in the Japanese Off-Highway industry (OEMs, Tier-1).
    Established network with construction machinery
    Native Japanese speaker with strong business English skills.
    Strong mix of sales skills and technical knowledge.
