A global provider of embedded and connected software products and services for the automotive industry, specializing in solutions that enable autonomous driving, connectivity, cybersecurity, and vehicle infrastructure.
This role partners closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to manage and drive the end-to-end commercial process, including quoting, contracting, and order execution. You will ensure alignment across pricing, scope, and operational delivery while enabling efficient deal execution and supporting business growth.

- Manage and support the end-to-end deal process, ensuring alignment across quotes, contracts, pricing, scope, and billing terms
Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive deal execution, internal approvals, and timely progression
Review commercial and contractual terms, identify risks, and support resolution
Handle quote preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, and invoicing triggers
Maintain accurate deal and operational data in systems (e.g. Salesforce) for reporting and tracking
Drive process improvements and standardization across deal execution and sales operations

- 応募資格(必須)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Inside Sales, or similar roles
Solid understanding of commercial processes and basic contract structures
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
