Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Strengthen relationships with corporate clients and build an operational structure to support service area expansion
    ・Develop a mechanism to ensure the quality of work by over 800 partner mechanics nationwide
    ・Identify issues for discontinuous business expansion and define requirements to incorporate them into mechanisms and in-house products
  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent industry knowledge
    - Experience in corporate client negotiation or interdepartmental negotiation in a large corporation
    - Experience in designing operational tasks or standardizing and streamlining operations
  • Preferred
    Development and design work at business companies and R&D organizations
    - Business improvement based on QCD and QC methods
    - Problem identification based on data analysis
    - KPI design and monitoring operation
