Lifestyle Automotive Sales Manager

A prominent automotive dealership in Japan, known for its long-standing reputation for quality service and a diverse premium vehicle line up continues to grow in Japan and is looking for enthusiastic talents to become part of their excellence. They merged with a major US transportation and dealership group a few years showing their strong and stable presence in the competitive dealer market.
• Manage all branches of the luxury automotive brand within the group and be responsible for P&L (profit and loss).
• Identify and implement the growth strategy and manufacturer concept.
• Hire and train new employees and provide training to existing employees.
• Build an effective team by hiring and training new employees and providing training to existing employees.
• Develop innovative marketing and marketing concepts to increase the sales/customer base, market share, and customer satisfaction.

- • Define annual sales plan, quarterly sales plan, monthly sales plan and key activities.
• Manage monthly sales plan, profit control, forecasting, and implementation of countermeasures.

• Experience with excellent sales and marketing campaigns and social networking/online activities (with a focus on new customer acquisition).
