Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    - Identify new customer targets, develop and execute development plans
    - Utilize internal marketing tools, events and campaigns
    - Utilize digital tools, direct mail, phone calls, visits, etc.
    -Create and maintain a prospect database


    - Attract prospective customers to the showroom
    - Provide customer service in the showroom
    - Identify customer needs such as vehicles to be purchased, delivery dates, and payment methods
    - Present product and service features and Introduce the features and benefits of products and services (vehicles, insurance, loans, leases, aftercare, inventory, delivery schedules)
    -Answer customer questions
    -Discover customer concerns, challenges, and problems and propose solutions
    -Assess customer vehicles
    -Recommend and conduct test drives
    -Prepare and present quotes
    -Negotiate on terms proposed by the customer
    -Perform contract signing


    -Prepare vehicle registration documents
    -Prepare and assist in submitting garage certificate documents
    -Prepare vehicle for delivery
    -Explain functions and operation while viewing actual vehicle
    -Deliver the vehicle to the customer


    -Maintain customer relationships through regular digital tools, phone calls, and visits

    -Formulate annual, monthly, and weekly vehicle sales and voluntary insurance coverage goals and plans.
    -Record the number of showroom visits, the number of customers attracted, the number of appraisals, the number of test drives, and the number of quotation offers, analyze the variance from the plan, formulate and implement improvement measures.
    -Record the degree of achievement of sales targets (vehicle sales, voluntary insurance coverage and retention), analyze the difference from the plan, formulate and implement improvement measures.
    -Analyze sales productivity (sales by source, sales per unit, gross profit per unit, discount rate), formulate and implement improvement measures.
    -Maintain, revise, and abolish the customer database.
