Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    To achieve monthly sales goals for new vehicles, conduct proposal activities, customer service, test drives, estimates, contracts, vehicle insurance, and follow-up after the sale.
    Provide customer service in accordance with dealer guidelines.
    Respond to inquiries by phone, e-mail, and web within the sales area.
    Listens to customer opinions through test drives.
    Conducts surveys of prospective customers by utilizing marketing tools.
    Follow up with customers after delivery and after sales to improve customer satisfaction.
    Participate in regular meetings and strengthen cooperation with the sales team.
    Correctly communicate the brand experience (brand image, tradition, history, etc.) to customers and ensure their understanding.
    Update the order management system and database as appropriate.
    Systematize a contact plan to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
    Ensure appropriate profit in transactions with customers.
    Manage trade-in negotiations in cooperation with the used car department. Perform appraisals when possible.
    Understands financial services and conducts loan and lease proposal activities.
  • Requirements
    - B2C sales experience
    - Hospitality
    - Good communication skills (both internally and externally)
    - Driving license (MT)
  • Preferred
    - Extensive sales experience in automotive dealerships (luxury brands)
