- Responsibilities
- Visit:
Greet customers and conduct interviews regarding their purpose of visit. We provide appropriate responses tailored to your objectives, and together with our staff, we deliver the best customer experience. To improve sales performance, we acquire customer contact information and follow up as future customers.
Hearing:
Through interactions with customers, we listen to their future life plans and challenges related to their purchases. We collect customer information to solve challenges and prepare for negotiations.
Test Drive:
Through test drive experiences with customers, we showcase the appeal of our cutting-edge electric vehicles.
Business Negotiation:
Based on hearing information and test drive experiences, we propose suitable vehicles tailored to your needs, explain the purchase plan and the process from purchase to delivery, and support your vehicle purchase. Aiming to achieve KPIs for individuals and stores, we aim to achieve sales and delivery targets within Japan.
Delivery:
After completing your vehicle order, we explain the process until delivery, mail delivery documents, and review return documents. Once the vehicle is ready, we coordinate with the customer to determine the delivery date and support you until the delivery date. Advisors act as our ambassadors, striving to improve customer satisfaction.

in customer service - Individuals who aim to achieve individual and store KPIs and demonstrate teamwork
- Strong communication skills and the ability to
handle customer service and internal operations smoothly - Possess a Japanese driver's license with no accident history in the past two years
