You will drive sales and business development for Atlas Copco’s Oil-Free Air (OFA) division, managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and customer visits to quotations, order processing, and after-sales follow-up. Working closely with dealers and customers, you will identify new opportunities, promote advanced compressed air solutions, and support strategic growth initiatives. This relationship-focused role emphasizes long-term customer satisfaction and market expansion over aggressive sales quotas. You'll collaborate with engineers to confirm technical specifications, optimize solutions, and deliver value to clients across diverse industrial segments. As part of a global leader in industrial technology, you'll contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment, while strengthening internal coordination and expanding Atlas Copco’s footprint in your territory.

- Work closely with internal engineers and dealer teams to confirm product specifications, application suitability, and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and authorized dealers through regular visits and consistent support.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential customers, dealers, and market applications within the assigned territory.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to map customer segments and optimize product and service positioning.
- Promote products and services through sales campaigns, on-site demonstrations, training sessions, and digital platforms like C4C and Showpad.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing needs quickly and professionally, coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions.
- Participate in monthly sales reviews, dealer performance evaluations, and forecast reporting to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the regional OFA sales team to share insights, improve internal processes, and contribute to team goals.
- Support international business growth by aligning with global strategies and providing input on customer feedback and market trends.

- 応募資格(必須)
- - At least 10 years sales experience in the industry and/or manufacturing
- Mechanical and Electrical engineering knowledge
- Industrial gas or WWTP segmentation and application knowledge
- English listening, speaking, reading and writing in business situation (TOEIC 700)
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills
