Represent the firm at Isuzu by building a strong, trusted customer relationship while supporting the Sales Manager in growing profitable business. Manage price communications, monitor part‑level economics, and ensure timely cash collection for all invoices. Maintain full compliance with safety, regulatory, and ergonomic standards, while consistently driving customer satisfaction and delivering reliable, high‑quality product and system performance.

- Responsibilities
- - Foster collaborative teamwork and align all project stakeholders to achieve objectives.
- Monitor customer scorecards and manage activities through customer portals.
- Support the Sales Manager in RFI/RFQ processes for the assigned OEM account.
- Serve as the customer’s voice within Plastic Omnium, ensuring their expectations are understood and met.
- Coordinate cash‑in and manage accounts receivable for all customer invoices (prototypes, tooling, investments).
- Prepare and submit on‑time quotations, ensuring alignment with the Sales Manager and legal when required.
- Support review and management of all contractual and warranty obligations.
- Communicate customer information clearly to project teams and production plants.
- Lead customer price negotiations and revisions through development, production, and service parts, in alignment with Sales Manager strategy.
- Oversee price revisions, accurate invoicing, and payment follow‑up.
- Propose and negotiate productivity and cost‑sharing plans with the customer.
- Contribute to project profitability, material margin improvement, and cash optimization.
- Promote innovative concepts relevant to the customer and project.
- Maintain complete project sales history and share learnings within the organization.

- Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Business-related major is preferred.
- 3 - 7 years of sales experience in automotive (Tier 1) or other high‑volume manufacturing environments.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Solid financial literacy and understanding of cost drivers.
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry landscape and processes.
- Fluency in Japanese and English at a business level.
