Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Responsible for the development and perfect launch of new applications as a development engineering team

    - Direct contact to customer engineering teams

    ・Working as a member of an international cross-functional team

    Define customer targets and replace them with application needs in terms of performance, functionality, reliability, and cost.

    Perform turbo matching simulations to define appropriate aero designs and turbo models

    ・Turbo package design that respects customer interfaces and constraints is coordinated with CAD designers.

    Drawing each component and turbo, building prototype hardware, assessing reliability risks,

    Formulation of countermeasure action plans, etc.

    - Gap analysis between customer needs and product limitations

    Develop a design validation plan in compliance with project milestones and end-of-phase criteria, both internally and externally

    Promoting Activities

    - Work closely with program managers, sales, purchasing, and factories within the project team to provide technical insights.

  • Requirements
    ・Experience in turbocharger development or similar experience

    ・Business level English proficiency is acceptable

    *Interaction with overseas development departments will occur, but it is okay
