Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Work input/output management (including transfer models and deliverables)
    -Development lead for Offshore Engineers (India)
    -Participation in customer development meetings (with suppliers and customers as needed)
    -Communication and control: offshore and inter-departmental coordination at customer locations Management (project management)
    ・Development Lead: lead the development process and mentor the offshore team
    ・Delivery Coordination: lead the team according to project milestones ad be responsible for accurate review of offshore deliverables

    Must be able to understand system requirements, define SW architecture and derive software requirements and design
    Develop Simulink/Stateflow models for automotive ECU mass production SW from Develop from scratch

    Lead Migration activities - Conform legacy C code to Simulink/Stateflow models following automotive modeling guidelines/standards

  • Requirements
    -6-10 years experience in model-based design and development (Simulink/Stateflow) from software requirements/design
    -6-10 years experience in automotive embedded SW development
    -Experience in conducting MIL and SIL tests (unit test - integration test - system test)
    -SW Experience in writing UT/IT/SysT specifications from Requirmeent/design
    ・Min 3 years experience in using V&V tools (TPT, Simulink testing, M-testing, etc.)
    ・Experience in implementing models based on modeling guidelines such as MAAB, JMAAB, MISRA 3 years
    - Minimum 3 years tool V&V tool handling Exp - MXAM, Simulink design verifier
    - Sufficient knowledge of communication protocol CAN/LIN and experience using vector tools (CANalyzer/CANoe/CANApe)
    - Sufficient knowledge of embedded C Sufficient knowledge and experience in embedded C and debugging of automatically generated C code/manual code
    - Strong debugging skills in C code and Simulink/Stateflow models are required
    - 2-4 years of experience in converting C code to Simulink models
    - Non-AUTOSAR to AUTOSAR models 2-4 years experience in converting Non-AUTOSAR to AUTOSAR models (Application Layer ASW)
    - Experience in automation using 2-4 m-scripts (related to Simulink models)
