    ◆大手自動車メーカー（関連大手電機メーカー含む）の上流/下流工程

    ・フロントエンド、バックエンド開発
    ・車載ソフトウェアの仕様調整、仕様書作成
    ・仕様調整用のドキュメント作成
    ・仕様策定スケジュール管理、進捗管理
    ・テスト項目作成
    ・コーディング

  • Requirements
    ・CまたはC++での開発経験4年以上
    ※運用、テスト等の経験期間を除く、開発の経験期間が必須となります。
  • Preferred
    ・車載開発経験者推奨
    ・PMO経験
    ・仕様策定経験ある方大歓迎
    ・車載の開発/検証 2年以上
    ・JavaScriptの経験2年以上
    ・組み込み領域での開発経験（車載でC++の経験者厚遇）

本ポジションでは、自動運転に関する企画から、技術開発/システム開発のマネージャーとして活躍いただく想定です。
マネージャー採用を想定していますが、まずはプロジェクト全体を主導していただくため入社後いきなり人の管理をして頂くことはありません。業務に慣れていただいた後に意向があれば数名程度からマネジメントにも取り組んでいただく予定です。
基本的には運転支援システムの企画構想をし、基本設計/詳細設計、、顧客プレゼンを通して製品開発に従事頂きます。
また、各機能開発部門への落とし込み、海外開発拠点との連携を図りながら開発全体をリード頂きます。

将来的には、より上位目線で開発全体を管理する立場を期待しています。
