Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    The scope of work will be determined based on your past experience and future aspirations.

    ■FP&A
    □Financial Analysis and Management/Performance Management
    -Prepare management reporting materials for 3 tables and KPI's
    -Monitoring PL and KPI's for each business, analyzing the difference between the forecast and actual results (also involved in business planning/management)
    -Building relationships with key people in each business

    □Corporate Planning
    ・PM of mid-term business plan
    ・Creation of company-wide strategy
    ・Portfolio management, investment strategy planning
    ・Compilation of business strategy
    ・Projection of 3 tables

    ■Finance/IR
    □Finance
    ・Development of financing strategy in accordance with management strategy and mid-term management plan
    ・Evaluation of financing methods
    ・Implementation of financing
    ・Collaboration and relationship building with banks and securities (investment banks)

  • Requirements
    Experience in any of the following:
    - Experience in a consulting firm (strategy and planning support, etc.)
    - Experience in an investment bank or PE fund
    - Experience in other professional firms or financial institutions or trading companies
    - Experience in the corporate or business planning department of a business company
