Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Key device development work
    ・Understanding the operating principles of key devices
    ・Correspondence from customer value to requirement definition
    ・Designing concepts" to determine functions and performance
    ・"Basic design" to create drawings based on concepts
    ・"Detailed design" to solidify materials, shapes and sizes based on basic design
    ・"Production design" to create assembly drawings for parts, etc.


    (Development of mechanisms to improve the circulation method and oxygen supply method of biological tanks and the functions and performance of various devices
    ・Control method concepts and sensor development to realize next-generation water treatment
    ・Design of volume pumps, centrifugal pumps, closed circuits, and other key devices required for small-scale, decentralized water treatment
  • Requirements
    Mechanism design, material mechanics, fluid mechanics, various CAE
    - Knowledge of various materials, basic knowledge of surface treatment and processing methods
    - Ability to manage quality, cost, and development plans in development
    - Ability to break down causal systems, set issues, and solve problems as they arise
  • Preferred
    Quality engineering (Taguchi method, basic statistics)
    ・Experience in business model creation
