- Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- Communicate project updates and concerns clearly with internal teams, clients, and senior management
- Ensure offshore teams adhere to delivery milestones and quality review procedures
- Lead and foster a cooperative team environment to resolve technical challenges and workflow conflicts
HIL System Design & Operation
- Define HIL specifications, including plant modeling, wiring harnesses, and I/O integration
- Build and maintain HIL simulation environments, execute test cases, and validate software performance
- Use tools such as Simulink, MATLAB, dSPACE, CAPL, and VTest Studio for modeling, scripting, and automation
- Analyze system behavior, perform debugging, and resolve simulation or interface issues
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and technical documentation

- Requirements
- Technical Skills
- 15+ years of experience in automotive software or validation engineering
- Deep hands-on expertise with dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, CAPL, VTest Studio, and related HIL platforms CAPL, VTest Studio, and related HIL platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems: powertrain, body electronics, EV control units
- Strong Strong understanding of CAN, LIN, and other automotive communication protocols
- Programming proficiency in CAPL, Python, or related scripting languages
Microcontroller architecture and I/O configuration experience
- Excellent skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical reporting
Communication & Language
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or N3 (for non-native speakers)
- English: Fluent verbal and written communication

- Strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and decision-making in a complex engineering setting
