You will be consistently responsible for planning, designing, and implementing training programs for each level of employees, from new recruits to managers. Specifically, we implement important initiatives that form the foundation of human resource development, such as training for new graduates (approximately 1.5 months or 20 days), from planning to execution.
In addition to speaking as a training instructor, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, from planning effective training programs to creating materials.
You will also participate in the formulation of mid- to long-term human resource development strategies in cooperation with the Human Resources Planning Department.
In order to develop human resources in line with our corporate philosophy and business strategy, you will keep abreast of the latest training methods and industry trends, and evolve our in-house training system.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Planning and designing training programs:
    We create effective training curricula based on internal needs and industry trends. We work with managers in each department to build practical and systematic programs based on an understanding of the skills and knowledge required in the field.
    ■Training implementation and operation:
    We take the stage as an instructor and proceed flexibly while observing the participants' level of understanding and reactions. We conduct training that incorporates participatory methods such as group work and role-playing.
    Creation of training materials:
    We create easy-to-understand and effective training materials and worksheets. We create training materials that are visually appealing and easy to understand in order to increase the effectiveness of participants' learning.
    Effectiveness measurement and analysis:
    We measure the effectiveness of training and link it to continuous improvement. We track not only surveys, but also actual changes in business performance.
    ■Cooperation with related departments:
    We work with each department to provide training that meets the needs of the field. We will also regularly share information with management to promote human resource development in line with the company's direction.
  • Requirements
    ■Working experience in business skills training (planning, design, implementation, and speaking experience / 3+ years)
    ■Skills in creating training materials (creating new materials in PowerPoint, Excel (using pivots, Vlookup functions, etc.))
