Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ■ HR Evaluation and Human Resource Development (main work)
・Operation and improvement of the HR evaluation system and operational follow-up
・Design and operational management of the evaluation cycle
・Extraction of operational issues and improvement proposals
・Planning and execution of human resource development measures
・Manager training and support for newly appointed managers
・Design and improvement of OJT/onboarding measures
・Enhance engagement Organizational development
・Analysis of survey results and incorporation into measures
・Promotion of initiatives related to culture and value penetration
■ Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and promote recruitment practices
- Improve the overall recruitment process
- Liaise with the field
- Improve the candidate experience
*At this time, we are mainly recruiting domestically, but there is a certain amount of global recruiting as well.
■Tools used:
・Recruitment management: HERP
・Evaluation management and employee management: Kaonavi
・Attendance, payroll, and labor management: Jobcan
・Chat: Slack
・OS: Google Workspace

- Requirements
- -Consistent experience in HR area (recruitment, evaluation, training) in a startup or SME
-Experience in planning/operation of HR system
-Experience in managing a team of 3-5 people
-Japanese business level (smooth communication)

- English business level (Assumed to be able to respond at recruitment events and hold simple meetings)
■Personality Requirements
・Person who can plan each policy and promote it autonomously
・Person who is collaborative and can achieve results while working with internal and external parties
・Person who can organize and prioritize issues even in a highly uncertain environment ・Person who has experience in a start-up/growth phase organization as a hands-on HR professional Able to organize and prioritize issues and move forward in a highly uncertain environment
・Experienced in a start-up/growth phase organization with hands-on experience in human resources.
