- Responsibilities
- Lead and train teams on standard pursuit processes and documentation quality.
Coordinate pre-review meetings, pursuit schedules, and Salesforce
Monitor and improve data accuracy, risk escalation, and process compliance across teams.
Act as a go-to resource for pursuit process questions and support global pursuit collaboration.
Support business development activities including pricing, invoicing, volume tracking
Manage customer claim reporting, PEM meetings, and contract documentation systems.

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration)
10+ years of experience in customer product development and delivery
Leadership capability in a global, matrixed environment
Strong financial and automotive business understanding
Excellent Excellent communication and presentation skills
