This position will lead the design and improvement of customer success operations to achieve business growth and improve the customer experience.
You will be able to create the structure of the customer success organization from the ground up, and you will feel the satisfaction of seeing your own designs and operations directly reflected in the entire team.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Design and improve business processes and operations in customer success
∟ Hear about issues related to operational efficiency and propose improvements
∟ Optimize operations, including system implementation and tool selection
∟ Analyze customer data
∟ Analyze customer usage, satisfaction, and other data and propose measures to prevent churn and up-selling Propose and implement measures to prevent churn and upsell
・Strengthen collaboration with product
∟Consolidate and organize customer requests and provide feedback to product side
∟Organize information upon release of new functions and build internal and external sharing system

- Requirements
- Experience in one of the following in an IT related company
・Experience in operations improvement such as SalesOps /CSOps
・Experience in customer success
・Experience in sales planning

- Preferred
- Experience in designing operations related to Sales/CS operations in a SaaS company
- Experience in information design (document management, knowledge management)
- Experience in data analysis and KPI design

- Strong commitment to growing the business and persistence to get things done
