You will be responsible for leading new mobility-related services from planning to launch, and contribute to further corporate growth as a business development manager.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Launching a new project, building a framework, creating a schedule, and managing the entire project
    ・Development of KPIs and implementation strategies
    ・Collaboration and negotiation with external partners
    ・Coordination and negotiation with various internal/external stakeholders including executives

    【Examples of projects】
    ・Development of a new means of transportation between public transportation such as trains and buses and taxis ・Development of a solution for transportation issues in rural areas Development of a new means of transportation that falls between public transportation such as trains and buses and cabs
    ・Development of solutions for transportation issues in rural areas
    ・Addition of app services such as AI reservations, priority passes, and special conditions
    ・Development of new services that provide a premium riding experience
    ・Development of algorithms to optimize the balance between users and cab supply and demand
    ・Development of corporate mobility services Development of mobility services for corporate clients
    ・Development of solution services for issues faced by cab operators
    ・Development of next-generation terminals to be installed in cab vehicles
    ・Tests of new systems with government agencies
  • Requirements
    Experience in business planning and business promotion at a business or consulting company
  • Preferred
    -Experience in data analysis such as market and customer analysis
    -Experience in developing sales strategies
    -Experience in developing marketing strategies
    -Experience in project management for system development
