In the mid- to long-term, we aim to establish a solid position in this area and grow to become a leading company in Asia.

In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from strategy design to execution and organization building across multiple businesses, including business planning and other new HR-related services, for the new businesses of placement and spot work services.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Business strategy and planning
    ・Analysis and definition of target market
    ・Design of service model and KPI design
    ・Development of overall roadmap for service launch
    ・Requirement definition and direction for functional development of products (job sites, management systems, etc.)
    ・Development of new business strategy for service improvement based on user insight through customer negotiation Service improvement and new business strategy planning based on user insights through customer negotiations
    ■ Organization development and management
    ・Recruitment strategy planning and execution (career advisors, sales, etc.)
    ・Design and operation of onboarding/training programs
    ・Team management (including evaluation system design)
    ■ Operation startup and improvement
    ・Construction and improvement of operations for career support and corporate sales business Operations launch and improvement
    ・Build and improve business operations (SOP/CRM, etc.)
  • Requirements
    2+ years of corporate or personal sales experience (any industry)
  • Preferred
    Experience in launching HR related services (Placement / Temporary staffing / Spot work / RPO etc.)
    ・Experience in launching a sales team
    ・Experience in managing 3 or more people (any industry or type of work)
