Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Establish business schemes and sales models in collaboration with partners (non-life insurers, leasing companies, consultants, etc.)
    ・Design KPIs based on customer, market, and channel analysis / income/expense simulations / ROI management
    ・Develop and execute channel sales measures in collaboration with both the sales frontlines and management of partners
    ・Performance management of each channel and execution of improvement measures ・Business evaluation of new channels (marketability, profitability, consistency with organizational structure, etc.) Performance management and implementation of improvement measures for each channel
    ・Business evaluation of new channels (marketability, profitability, consistency with organizational structure, etc.)
    ・Sales support, marketing collaboration, and product feedback to make it easier to sell the company's products

  • Requirements
    Experience in business planning, sales planning, corporate planning, or other planning-related positions (approx. 4+ years)
    ・Experience working directly with customers or channels, such as corporate sales or partner sales
    ・Experience in KPI management, revenue model building, and data-based decision making
    ・Negotiation, coordination, and involvement with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Experience in negotiating, coordinating, and involving diverse internal and external stakeholders
    ・Confident in hypothetical thinking, structuring, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred
    Sales planning experience in SaaS (especially business efficiency/mobility)
    ・Experience in business expansion from 1 to 10 phases
    ・Experience in alliance and partnership model design
    ・Automobile/lease/insurance industry knowledge and work experience
    ・Playing manager experience
