Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for the product portfolio within the region.
Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.
Implement regional customer strategy in alignment with global Key Account Managers.
Assess customer satisfaction and develop action plans when needed.
Prepare and provide commercial offers and technical information.
Organize customer meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Represent the company at industry fairs and events.
Collect and share customer data and competitor insights.
Identify new project or product opportunities and report to management.
Build close collaboration with internal teams and European headquarters.
Advise on customer requirements for future product development.
Ensure the company is perceived as a professional, reliable supplier.

- Native Japanese speaker with strong business English skills.
Strong mix of sales skills and technical knowledge.
Expertise in building trustful
