As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and strengthening relationships with leading automotive manufacturers. - Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management and Market Analysis
Maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and ensure effective communication at management level.
Conduct regular visits and attend sales, project, and supplier meetings at customer sites.
Monitor OEM overviews, vehicle production plans, medium- and long-term strategies, and competitor information.
Support for Awarded Programs
Manage contract-related activities, including signing of General Terms and Conditions (GTC), nomination letters, contracts, supply agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Letter of Intent (LOI), purchase orders, and warranty & after-sales service agreements. Support cross-functional teams in China by clarifying customer expectations and standards, preparing required templates, identifying project risks and taking proactive actions to achieve major project targets.
Consolidate and manage data for various reporting files, including OEM overviews, price and volume follow-ups, weekly and monthly reports, and cost and investment breakdowns.
Interface with OEM Purchasing Departments for volume delivery, price management (including Long-Term Agreements (LTA), Raw Material Index (RMI), and pricing mechanisms), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) follow-ups, overdue tracking, and budget preparation.
New Business Development
Anticipate short- and mid-term customer needs for serial production, RFQ, and RFI responses while safeguarding interests (profit margins, brand image , etc.).
Handle purchasing contract and legal topics, and prepare quotations and cost breakdowns in collaboration with the Sales Pricing and Planning (SPP) team .

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Experience in the new energy vehicle or energy storage industry preferred.
Overseas work Experience or experience in the automotive industry, particularly with a Tier 1 supplier, is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrates resilience, competitive spirit, multicultural adaptability, pioneering mindset, and strong achievement motivation.
Willingness to Willingness to travel frequently and work under pressure.
Proficiency in English and Japanese required.
