The Parts Procurement Manager will design and operate the procurement system that supports mass production. Rather than simply being in charge of purchasing, the Parts Procurement Manager determines "what, where, and how to procure," optimizes cost, quality, and delivery, and builds long-term relationships of trust with suppliers.
