Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Manage the general material procurement process based on requirements, such as supplier procurement, selection, management, and strategy formulation, while complying with and legally carrying it out. Be able to manage project progress independently, and manage and promote it promptly while utilizing relevant resources.
    ・Resource integration and strategy formulation: We build a supplier media resource database, expand resources, maintain supplier relationships, and formulate procurement strategies and SOP processes.
    - Analyze key project needs, coordinate bid negotiations, manage costs, and ensure compliance and alignment.
    ・Responsible for practical tasks such as budget and cost management, contract conclusion and management, procurement cost management, and supplier resource optimization, ensuring efficient business execution within budget while complying with rules.
    ・Other ancillary work.
  • Requirements
    1. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement and procurement operations, familiar with the basic processes of indirect purchasing and procurement project management. Understand the purchasing logic and have certain indirect purchasing resources in Japan. Those who can formulate indirect purchasing plans and have budget management skills are preferred. Able to meet the goals of the company's annual procurement cost reduction plan.
    2. Education/Nationality: Bachelor's degree or higher. Nationality is not required.
    3. Proactive, responsible, and able to understand, coordinate, and resolve cultural differences between Japan and China.
    4. Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
    5. Language: Japanese (Chinese Business Conversation Level Better).
