This role will lead the digitalization initiative by identifying areas for improvement in business processes in cross-functional collaboration. The role will collaborate with management, AOR, and the Swedish headquarters' digitalization department to develop and implement a digital strategy.
The role will plan and implement measures such as automation, reporting, and data management, and manage the overall portfolio of digitalization projects.
The role will also be responsible for facilitating smooth communication between technical and non-technical departments and expanding the understanding and use of digital technologies throughout the organization.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Work with other departments to gain visibility into business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
-Challenge and improve current business methods
-Disseminate knowledge and awareness of digitization strategies and technologies within the business units
-Work with management to develop digital strategies for the business units
-Work with the AOR and Swedish Head Office Digital, Support digitalization initiatives
- Directly responsible for the development and implementation of digitalization initiatives (automation/reporting/data management)
- Manage the portfolio of digitalization initiatives in the business units, including project management responsibilities as needed
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical departments Facilitate communication

- Proven track record of process automation using Microsoft Power Automate
