You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating various business contracts with sales business partners from around the world.

- ■ Drafting

various contracts with business partners ・ Reviewing, setting, and negotiating
contract frameworks with new business partners ・ Understanding business partner contract schemes, verifying business models in line with contract renewal cycles, and conducting
procedures ■ Support managers for new business projects
and MFTBC's new ventures. Together with stakeholders, develop business models tailored to the purpose and operations of new businesses, review contract terms, draft contracts, and negotiate
with business partners. ■
Build and maintain
good partnerships with business partners through business partner management and contract negotiations, and negotiate and approve changes to contract terms with business partners.
■ Database management
・ Contract information

operational efficiency in contract processes through contract management systems ■ Collaboration and communication
・ Daily collaboration with related departments at internal and overseas offices (external sales, marketing, product management, customer service, training, legal, etc.) Close collaboration
■ Supporting
managers as role models and supporting team member development
■Contract Management:
・Create contracts for business with international sales partners, negotiate with the partners
・Assess the business model for new business, define the terms and conditions with various stakeholders in the
company, negotiate and finalize contracts with our sales partners
■Strategic Projects
・Engage in strategic projects and support the implimentation
・Collaborate with stakeholders within the company (Sales, Marketing, Product Strategy)
■Partner Management
・Build and maintain good partnership with the sales partners through contract negotiations
・Support to provide various authorizations/approvals to the sales partners for terms and condition change
■Database Management
・Maintain contract information on the network database
・Improv efficiency of contract process utilizing the network database
■Collaboration and Communication
• Collaborate with MFTBC's teams in Japan and overseas including sales, marketing, product management,
customer services, training etc. for various projects and strategic initiatives
■Personnel Management
・Mentor team members to develop and enhance functional knowledge

- Requirements
- ・4~5 years
of experience in legal, compliance-related, or contract negotiation ・Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, etc.) or an equivalent degree.
・Communication and negotiation skills
・4-5 Years of experience in legal, compliance or contract management
・Experience in international trade and legal functions is highly desirable
・Bachelor's degree (e.g. Busines Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent

- ・Master's degree (such as MBA)
・Japanese: Conversational level / Business level / English: Native / Business
・Master's Degree (MBA, etc.) is an advantage
・Fluency in English is required; Japanese Language skills highly desirable
