- The Head of Sale is responsible for New car / Pre-owned sales & Sales related KPIs & targets achievement with short-term & mid-term. Strategy planning & execution in align with Bentley HQ & Regional Office, leading Bentley retailers together with Brand Director.

- Responsibilities
- [Sales Strategy Execution]
- Define and execute short and medium term Sales Strategy in order to drive growth of sales volumes and profitability
- Establish sales process management & analysis - Plan and manage promotions and tactical campaigns managing tactical budget. Establish Sales process management & analysis

- Plan and monitor Margin holdback scheme/policy for retailer network in align with Bentley HQ/APAC
[Volume Forecasting & Reporting]
- Report on Bentley Crewe / APAC / VGJ / Group including P&L wholesale forecasting.
- Planning round and budget development including scenario planning ROPS. Planning round and budget development including scenario planning ROPS.
[Market & Competitor analysis]
- Monitor market data for opportunities of growth / new Business Partners
- Monitor Competitors' activities, trends and prices to develop effective strategies to maintain Bentley competitiveness in the market
[Network Capacity management]
- Monitor, consult and manage retailer networks, on topics such as number of employees, show room CI, demo cars, skill improvement for sales staff, and overall improvement of retailer networks' operations
- Monitor and steer retailers' profitability and overall financial performance
- Develop new retailer networks by finding and identifying candidates, support for finding ideal locations for showrooms and workshops, and locations for showrooms and workshops, planning showroom settings, and receiving approval from Bentley HQ/APAC
[Retailer KPI management]
- Retailer sales performance delivery, wholesales, orders schedules, retails, retailer stock management and order
- Retailer sales & lead/opportunity generation target setting and retailer performance management.

- Requirements
- 1) 10-15 years' practical experiences in Sales / Network roles in luxury car brands in Japan.
2) Good PC skills including word, excel, and PowerPoint
3) Bilingual intercultural communication skills in Japanese and English
4) Interpersonal skills
5) Good negotiation, agency management skills
6) Automotive retailer and importer business/operational knowledge and experience
7) Strong luxury market sector understanding
8) Retailer facing engagement and alignment skills
9) Strong financial acumen and statistical analysis capabilities
10) Strong organizational skills / leadership leadership
Strong team coaching, motivation and management skills
