Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    -Implementation of ECU system calibration project management (calibration requirements management)
    -Project plan development and progress management
    -Lead technical topics within the project
    -Internal/external customer liaison
    -Release process implementation for ECU system calibration project
    -Project progress and calibration data maturity management
    Management of project deliverables
    ▪ Implementation of project estimates
    ▪ Man-hour scrutiny and estimation of required resources
    ▪ Definition and maintenance of scope and assumptions
    ▪ Project risk management
  • Requirements
    -Motivated to work on engine and vehicle calibration development
    -Project management experience
    -Basic knowledge of ICE/BEV/HEV powertrain control systems
    -Attitude and ability to cooperate and interact
    -Japanese business level (JLPT N1 or higher)
    -English business level ( 600 points or above is desirable)
  • Preferred
    Experience in developing power solution ECU systems calibration
