Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Review of various domestic and international contracts, including distributorship, supply, license, and outsourced processing agreements
    ・M&A project work (e.g., establishment of joint ventures and other business alliances)
    ・Litigation and dispute resolution work in Japan and abroad
    ・Corporate governance-related work such as shareholders meetings and board meetings
    Collaboration with outside attorneys from prominent law firms
    ・Provide in-house training on subcontracting law, antitrust law, etc.
    ・Provide legal advice on data-related business models (e.g., connectivity services), etc.

    Work on a wide variety of international and domestic contracts, e.g. Distribution Agreements, Supply Agreements, License Agreements, Contract
    M&A projects (e.g., creating Joint Ventures or other business alliances)

  • Requirements
    Legal and/or compliance professional ideally with working experience in legal and/or compliance (in a law firm or equivalent corporate experience),
