Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Lead and coordinate all market activities to achieve sales targets, profitability targets, and high customer satisfaction.
    - Implement local sales strategies across the organization and dealer network.
    - Manage new car and used car sales, stock levels, and sales promotion measures effectively.

    Develop and execute market-specific projects (such as CRM implementation and edition launches).

    Monitor and analyze market conditions, sales performance, and forecasts to initiate corrective actions.

    Represent the national sales organization in communication with dealers and lead them to achieve results aligned with company direction.
  • Requirements
    ・ Skills in conducting meetings and reporting in English.
    ・ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
    ・ Strong competence in sales steering, market analysis, strategic planning, and project execution.
    ・ Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dealer networks.
