Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Operation of attendance and labor management
-Guiding and reminding employees to input attendance and checking for deficiencies
-Appropriate labor management based on the Labor Standards Law
-Assistance in accompanying employees on leave and reinstatement
-Guiding application procedures for maternity leave, childcare leave, sick leave, etc.
・Communication with returning employees
・Check employee's paid status
・Handle recruitment operations
・Compile and manage recruitment progress data
・Coordinate communication with agents and candidates
・Improve processes and create mechanisms
Operation and management of time and attendance and labor administration
・Guiding and reminding employees on time entry and verifying any Guiding and reminding employees on time entry and verifying any discrepancies
・Ensuring proper labor management in compliance with Japanese Labor Standards Law
・Supporting employees through leave of absence and Supporting employees through leave of absence and return-to-work processes
・Handling procedures related to maternity leave, childcare leave, and medical leave

- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Law
・Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Law
・Native level Japanese
・English: Reading and writing level is acceptable (if you can understand standard sentences of emails etc. while using translation tools)
・Hands-on experience in HR administration / labor administration (Approximately 5+ years of experience preferred) Hands-on experience in HR administration / labor administration

・Basic knowledge of Japanese Labor Standards Law
・Native-. level Japanese proficiency
・English proficiency sufficient for reading and writing
