We are recruiting a project manager to handle the following tasks, aiming to supply ordered products (steering, brakes, airbags, sensors, etc.) to customers from development to mass production, with the goal of On Cost, On Time, and On Quality.
The clients for this position are expected to be from the Nissan and Mitsubishi Group.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., in-house design, factory, certification, etc.) in the start-up, planning and execution phases of projects to achieve project goals.
    Track and control delivery schedules, resources, product costs, and quality goals.
    Management of the start-up of series production at the in-house Bosch production plant.
    Building relationships with customers throughout the project.
    Progress reports to stakeholders at regular internal project steering meetings.
    In-house management to meet deadlines for customer prototype delivery.
  • Requirements
    Experience in corporate sales, development, or development
    , knowledge or experience in project management,
    Japanese and English skills (conversation, reading and writing) necessary for communication with customers and Bosch domestic and overseas offices
    , regular driver's license (for customer business trips, etc.)
  • Preferred
    Work experience in the automotive industry or in the development
