Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■You will lead all recruitment activities such as new graduate recruitment
    seminars and events, as well as overall recruitment activities such as internships and selections.
    ■In order to acquire human resources, including areas of enhancement to realize career recruitment
    transformation, you will be asked to plan each measure while communicating closely with the recruiting department.
    *Planning, management, and promotion of the overall schedule, selection operation ~ setting treatment and presentation of conditions based on the results, onboarding for early success, etc.

    *After that, you will gain a wide range of experience while rotating jobs for 3~5 years at domestic offices, head offices/business areas, overseas subsidiaries, etc. We hope that you will eventually participate in organizational development, culture reform, and global cross-cutting measures, and in the future, you will play an active role as an expert in human resources and general affairs as a management and HR manager in Japan and overseas.
