We are a company boasting one of the top domestic market shares in the automotive parts industry, specializing in thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems.
Currently, we are focusing on four areas: electrification, connectivity, advanced safety/autonomous driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture). In particular, in the field of autonomous driving, we are conducting demonstration experiments on public roads for Level 4 autonomous driving, working toward the future of safe and secure mobility systems.

In autonomous driving and next-generation mobility, SoCs (System on a Chip), which handle AI execution, various sensor processing, and HMI (Human Machine I/F), are rapidly becoming more advanced and high-performance, becoming key devices that determine the value of vehicles. To plan, develop, and effectively utilize automotive SoCs that meet the needs and challenges of the Toyota Group, it is urgent to anticipate the functions and performance expected from future in-vehicle computers, standardize SoC requirements, explore, develop, and evaluate differentiated IP, optimally embed advanced algorithms, and design SoCs.

We are looking for someone who can take on leadership roles in these areas.
