Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    Addressing the current situation with new ideas and perspectives, and promoting improvements in business processes, etc.

    Deeply analyze and discover after-sales business opportunities, and plan and implement measures while cooperating and mutually supporting team members.

    Formulate sales targets for genuine parts and accessories and follow up

    Managing after-sales business in Japan from a financial perspective

    Planning and operation of after-sales and margin bonus programs

    Formulating and following up on target sales volume and parts retail value for dealers

    Management and Issuance of Various Reports

    Customer Racing Program Management


    【Main Business】

    Through current situation analysis, opportunities and risks are shared with stakeholders, and support the formulation and implementation of countermeasures based on the overall strategy.

    Formulate sales plans for genuine parts and accessories (current situation analysis, trend analysis, etc.), and implement them in cooperation with the head office and in cooperation with the area manager.

    In cooperation with the head office and the control department, various planning tasks are carried out on time in accordance with the overall strategy and policy.
    (Medium-term management plan, planning round [medium-term budget formulation process], monthly budget management, performance evaluation, business plan, monthly report, dealer award system, marketing budget control, etc.)

    Manage and operate the after-sales margin bonus program and revise the system as necessary.

    In cooperation with the area manager, set targets for each dealer (number of units received, parts and accessories sales).

    Perform ad-hoc report creation and related support work based on requests from other departments.

    Capacity planning, including active car parks, will be carried out and the results of the analysis will be reflected in future plans and after-sales strategies.

    We will work with external partners to promote the improvement of various reports. Analyze dealer performance through data analysis and monitoring and reflect it in future strategies.

    It provides support services such as parts sharing related to customer racing and sales support for race vehicles to improve brand value.
  • Requirements
    1) Four-year university graduate or higher
    2) 3-5+ years of experience
    in the automotive industry 3) Japanese: native level, English (German skills are even better)
    4) MS-Word, Excel/PowerPoint: intermediate level or higher
    5) MS-Access and macro skills are even better
    6) Data analysis, Experience in promotion planning, strategic planning, product planning, and dealership management is even better7
    ) Good communication and negotiation skills
