This role manages and delivers B2B events for a major sports car manufacturer to deliver the best driving experience, handling everything from planning to execution. It supports sales and marketing efforts, coordinates internal teams and external partners, and ensures high-quality event experiences. The position is also responsible for achieving event-related revenue targets, tracking performance, and continuously improving service quality.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Purpose / Objective of the Role
    - Manage B2B event services from planning to execution
    - Support event-related sales and marketing initiatives
    - Coordinate cross-functional teams for event delivery
    - Contribute to revenue targets and service performance KPIs

    Key Responsibilities
    - Plan and execute events in collaboration with internal stakeholders
    - Manage logistics and delivery of various group events, including corporate meetings, small group programs, and internal projects
    - Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation
    - Track and report KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
    - Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. food & beverage, service providers) for quotations, contracts, and execution
    - Act as on-site representative during events, including weekends when required
    - Ensure a high level of customer service and lead service review processes
    - Stay up to date with event technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience
  • Requirements
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations or event management
    - Strong understanding of client and stakeholder needs
    - Solid project management and organizational skills
    - Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
    - Knowledge of modern event tools and methodologies
    - Japanese: business level or above (verbal & written)
    - English: business level (verbal & written)
    - Valid driver’s license is MUST to travel to work place
  • Preferred
    - Experience in automotive, travel, hospitality, or event-related industries
    - Background in consultative sales or business development
