Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Digital Marketing (Brand / Product Awareness)
    - Plan, manage, and operate official websites, including content updates and campaign pages.
    - Plan, manage, and operate official social media channels in accordance with global and local guidelines.
    - Strengthen customer traffic and optimize customer journeys through websites and social media channels.
    - Analyze website and social media performance and develop improvement initiatives.
    - Monitor market data, competitor pricing, and campaign activities.

    2. Media & PR Activities (Brand / Product Awareness)
    - Plan and execute media exposure initiatives including editorial content and advertising.
    - Manage media-related costs and optimize cost efficiency.
    - Track customer traffic and responses from print and online media.
    - Manage article placement formats and exposure methods and evaluate effectiveness.
    - Evaluate media performance based on traffic and response data.

    3. Alignment with Headquarters and Local Market Adaptation
    - Maintain regular communication with headquarters to align strategies and initiatives.
    - Localize and deploy headquarters-led initiatives and communications for the Japanese market.
    - Optimize content considering local market characteristics, customer behavior, and partner needs.

    4. Event Activities and Lead Management
    - Collect, classify, and utilize leads generated through events and activations.
    - Efficiently acquire high-quality leads suitable for sales activities.
    - Distribute collected leads to relevant stakeholders and provide guidance on effective utilization.
    - Coordinate and localize global CRM initiatives for the Japanese market.
    - Create, manage, and distribute Japanese-language newsletters.

    5. Web & Content Management Skills (AEM)

    Ability to update, edit, and publish website content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
    Experience managing product information, campaign pages, news, and event-related content within AEM.
    Ensure content accuracy, version control, and compliance with approval processes.
    Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for minor corrections and validation.
    Understanding of SEO fundamentals and application to content optimization.
    Ability to analyze website performance using analytics tools and reflect insights in improvement actions.
    Experience coordinating with headquarters and external vendors for website updates and maintenance.
  • Requirements
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or PR-related roles.
    - Valid standard automobile driver’s license
    - Hands-on experience in website and social media operations.
    - Strong coordination and execution skills.
    - Business-level Japanese.
    - Daily conversational English for communication with headquarters.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
