Since it is not yet organized as a formal "marketing department", you will be led by the establishment (organization) of a formal department in parallel with strategic planning. "To whom? How do you deliver it?" We will design the essence of the business and work closely with the business planning team to take charge of everything from the growth of existing businesses to the GTM of new businesses.

・Formulate and execute an integrated marketing strategy in the corporate business division, participate in
business strategy, and build a hypothesis of "PMF to aim for next" based on market and customer insights, and achieve discontinuous growth
of the business in solid cooperation with the business planning team. ・In addition to the growth of existing businesses, Leading
the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy in new businesses and markets to be developed in the future, launching a formal marketing department, managing members who have not fully demonstrated their potential, and transforming into an organization capable of education and training with an eye on future new graduate recruitment

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Intervention
    in overall business control, including service value definition, targeting, and pricing, through close cooperation with the business planning department for overall design and execution
    of marketing strategies, P/L management for the achievement of business plans, KGI/KPI design, forecast management
    , and business planning departments linked to the business strategy of the Corporate Business Division. ・Planning and execution of promotions that integrate online and offline (mass advertising, digital marketing, events, PR, etc.)
    ・Improving customer experience (CX) and maximizing
    LTV through strong collaboration across departments such as sales (sales) departments and product departments ・Management of marketing organizations, recruitment, development, and evaluation

  • Requirements
    Those
    who have any of the following experiences: Experience as
    a person in charge of the marketing department or business manager (COO/CMO class) at an operating company, experience leading upstream marketing strategies and business strategies from
    planning to execution based on customer insights on "who, what, and how" - Experience in managing more than 5 organizations

    and those who
    meet both of the following experiences: Experience in leading
    business strategy from planning to execution from the perspective of "marketing = management", experience in organizational management of more than 10 people (recruitment, training, and organizational construction)
