Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    This is a manufacturing technology job at a semiconductor front-end manufacturing plant.

    We build and improve processes in the manufacturing process to improve quality, production efficiency, yield, and reduce costs. To achieve this, we leverage proprietary technologies to propose, evaluate, and implement changes to semiconductor manufacturing equipment and process conditions. Among these tasks is compiling data, reporting it, and obtaining management approval.

    We conduct experimental evaluations targeting the physical causes of yield deterioration and data analysis such as statistical process management (SPC), maintaining and improving product quality through logical process management.

    We also engage in activities that ensure compatibility between processes and designs by engaging in dialogue with product design and development personnel. We collaborate with others to improve operations and the workplace environment.
  • Requirements
    - Experience
    in experimental evaluation related to front-end semiconductor manufacturing processes - Experience using semiconductor manufacturing equipment at semiconductor manufacturing plants or experimental facilities, or equivalent experience
