As a long-established German company with roots in Japan and operating worldwide, it employs diverse employees, maintains a 1% turnover rate, and maintains a well-established work environment. In April 2024, a new research and development facility was completed, and we are working on further advanced technology development.
As manager of the software development team for ADAS parking assistance systems, you will lead solution development for Japanese automakers. In addition to developing parking assistance functions, improving quality, and promoting technological strategies, we are responsible for organizational operations, human resource development, and resource management, working closely with customers and global teams to realize next-generation ADAS functions.

- Responsibilities
- Led
software development and debugging of ADAS parking assistance functions (automatic parking, park assist, false start suppression, emergency braking, etc.), promoted
the development of new parking assistance features and solutions for Japanese OEMs, held technical discussions and coordination
with customers, internal departments, and global development teams, formulated the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive organizational growth.
Lead
software quality improvement and technological innovation activities, promote team development, evaluation, and competency management,
manage project progress, risks, and issues, and support
achievement of development goals, plan and manage
departmental budgets and resources, formulate
technology strategies based on customer demands and market trends. Establishment of a development system compliant with safety standards and development processes

- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
in computer science, software engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, or related fields; over
10 years of experience in automotive software development; more
than 2 years of experience as a team leader or manager; knowledge
of ADAS, autonomous driving, and vehicle control systems; understanding
of the software development lifecycle and verification/testing processes. Knowledge
of ASPICE, ISO 26262, SOTIF, UN-R regulations, etc. Native Japanese (or equivalent to JLPT N1) and English (business level) High
communication skills with clients and internal and external stakeholders

- Experience
in developing parking assistance systems and ADAS functions; knowledge
of sensor fusion, recognition, route planning, and control algorithms; experience
in developing in-vehicle sensors such as ultrasonic sensors, cameras, and radar; knowledge of
in-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and Ethernet; Understanding
of vehicle motion control and vehicle dynamics. Experience
in customer negotiations and technical proposals, project management experience
in automotive software development projects, and collaboration with global teams
