Leads strategic engagement with global customers, aligning cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and distribution partners to secure design wins and deliver solution-based offerings. Develops and executes comprehensive segment and account strategies supported by market analysis, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. Manages pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and territory reporting using CRM tools while maintaining high standards of operational discipline. Provides leadership and mentorship to team members, leveraging deep expertise in complex, technical sales cycles involving both engineering and procurement stakeholders. Actively expands market presence through direct engagement, distributor management, and collaboration on both domestic and international opportunities.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Drive revenue growth and manage Automotive and High Power business segments with full accountability for key customer relationships and performance.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and distribution partners to secure design wins and deliver tailored, solution-based offerings.
    - Develop and execute segment and account strategies based on customer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
    - Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and territory reporting using CRM tools to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
    - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt and refine sales strategies as needed.
    - Lead and mentor team members while engaging directly with customers and partners to expand market presence and drive business growth.

  • Requirements
    - Minimum 15 years of tenure selling to both Engineering and Purchasing groups in complex global organizations including Automotive customers
    - Understanding of basic Power Supply specifications and technologies with emphasis on solution sales
    - Familiarity with Power Electronics components and costs (Must understand BOM comparisons)
    - Preferred existing relationships within Japanese OEMs, ODMs and Tier-X (for Automotive)
    - Experience managing and driving business through Distributors
    - Excellent promotional, interpersonal, written, oral communication and negotiation skills
    - Experience with American or European semiconductor companies preferred
    - Intermediate English skills (negotiation, TOEIC=700+) or equivalent
  • Preferred
    - Experience for High Power Industrial customers (OEM, Tier-X) for Renewable Energy Generation and Efficient Energy Transmission will be a plus
